Neodermis Factor Independence Day Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Neodermis Factor are not eligible.

2. Entry Period

The giveaway begins on 4th of July 2025 and ends on 14th of July 2025. Entries submitted before or after this period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter

Participants must:

Complete the official entry form on neodermisfactor.com,

Submit all required contact details and quiz responses,

Agree to receive marketing communications from Neodermis Factor.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a prize package worth $1,776, consisting of a 6-month supply of Neodermis Factor products. The exact contents of the prize will be determined by Neodermis Factor.

5. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on [Insert Draw Date] and will be notified via email within 5 business days. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, another winner may be chosen.

6. Non-Resale Restriction

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees:

Not to sell, resell, or list the prize products on any online or offline marketplace (including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Poshmark, social media, or retail channels).

Any attempt to resell or distribute the products for commercial purposes will result in disqualification from future promotions and possible legal action for breach of terms.

7. Publicity

The winner agrees that their name, likeness, and city/state may be used by Neodermis Factor for promotional purposes without additional compensation or approval, unless prohibited by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Neodermis Factor is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, loss of data, or other issues that may prevent participation. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

9. Data Use

By entering, participants agree to Neodermis Factor’s Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of personal information for the purpose of administering this giveaway.

10. General Terms

Neodermis Factor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time for any reason. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
