HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Please add the item to cart, from there you will be prompted to plug in your info but prior to checking out you will be given a shipping estimate. This is the best way to get the most accurate shipping cost. You can always opt out if you wish not to proceed with your order.

HOW LONG DOES INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TAKE?

International shipping varies from country to country however the typical turnaround time is 10-20 business days.

ARE THERE ADDITIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS?

Custom charges are regulated by your government based upon the value of the product. International customers are responsible for all custom fees associated with their order. If the customer rejects the package, they will incur an "rejection fee" to forward the package back to our headquarters. Once the package is returned and received by our shipping department, we will notify you via email when a refund has been issued.

Can I cancel my order or change my address?

As we process all orders immediately through to our warehouse, we do not accept any cancellations or changes to orders placed. You are welcome to email us and request a cancellation/change to your order, and if possible, we will try to assist you. Please take care to double check your details before you complete your order.
